AFTERCARE ADVICE

Following treatment:

Avoid extreme temperatures

No exercise for 24-48 hours

Avoid lying down to 4-6 hours post-treatment

Allow 4 weeks either side of your COVID vaccination

You will start to see improvement after 7 days (this can vary for individuals)

Don't forget to book your review for 2 weeks after your appointment
